Client Access user name can not be changed in session sign on

I am trying to help a user that has a session that she opens up to connect to an AS400 via tcp/ip. On the sign on screen an old user name is already typed, however the new user can not over type the old name or delete the old name.

You need to look at the session properties thru the operations console. I believe that once start it, you can see the connection definations, and change the name, unless of course, somehow that has been definied as an administrator function only, and she does not have the rights to change it.
