Client Access ODBC Driver

I have been having trouble successfully connecting from Crystal Reports 9.2 to a DB2 database on a mainframe. I was instructed by technical support at Crystal to go to the IBM website and download the Client Access ODBC Driver (cwbodbc.dll version 8.0). I have been searching the website and I can't find a way to locate and download this driver.

Can someone help?
