Client 7.0.2 Bookmarks

I cannot add new bookmarks to my Notes tool bar. When told it was my Lotus Notes setup, I rebuilt my computer and used a new data folder and notes.ini. The problem is still occurring. I'll add a bookmark and once I restart Notes, it is gone.

Deleting the NDK files seemed to have cleared this problem up.
