All of a sudden my pc does not want to boot up to windows 98 anymore. When I remove the client 3.3 the pc boots up fine as soon I reinstall the client again hoses my pc. I downloaded the lastest netware client but no luck. I also remove everything in newtork properties no luck. Im only having the problem when i use netware client. Im going to try one more thing replace the nic card. Does anybody have suggestions, thanks. I don't want to reload windows.

When you removed the client did you use the Novell uninstall (located in client folder under \Admin, file name Unc.exe)? Also there is a client service pack 3 that can be added to your client install folder so that the client & svc pack are installed together. I'm running 3.3 with no problems but another application you installed may have overwritten a file the client needs. Is there any unusual apps loaded? Is the client working on other 98 computers with similar setups or is it just this one computer?

Let us know any details.

Good luck,

Mark ;-)

Thanks for the info I installed service pack 3 but no luck. There no unusual app on the pc. The pc was working fine until yesterday. Thanks anyway.
