Can you actually login to a Netware 5 box only running ip with the DOS client? The client is getting avalid DHCP address but it cannot find the fileserver...Please let me know if you have any ideas.

What kind of IP bootdisk are you using? I have one I can send you if you give me your email address. Mine uses the NetWare I/O Subsystem

Hi, could you please mail me your Bootdisk? My Email is: drostec@wai.wyeth.com

I shall email it to you tonight (I am in the UK so it is 11.30am at the moment!) -----------------------------------------------------

Can a DOS client use a NWHOST file? That usually fixes most cannot find server type problems.

Could you please send me a copy of your IP boot disk to mailto:hulderman@benteler.com

Does the Netware 5 server have to have Compatibility mode running in order to allow DOS IP clients to login?
