Clie and Outlook 2003

I have a Sony Clie and Outlook 2003 that I'm trying to synchronize. I am using USB and the units recognize each other, the Hot Sync seems run as it should. However, once it completes its process, nothing has been synchronized. Any ideas?

Apologies if this is a dumb question but have you set the options properly in ActiveSync? In the main AS window click the 'Options' button and it will bring up a window showing all the things that you can sync. You need to tick the ones you want and configure their settings.
