Anyone know why I would not get CLID on a PRI? The system is an MICS running 4.1 and the carrier says that they are sending the information. I am connected to a 4ess at the CO. I have no problems with in or outbound calls we just are not getting (displaying) Caller ID for some reason.

4.0 AND 4.1 SOFTWARE WAS GARBAGE, NORTEL AT ONE TIME WAS OFFERING A FREE UPGRADE TO 5.0 BUT THAT WAS SOME TIME AGO

did you set clid set to the assigned recvd digit set

CLID is on, done them in the past and don't really remember any major headaches. Perry your probably right, bad software.
