anyone know if you can block CLID outgoing on a PRI with a FTR ? The carrier is already sending out a standard main number not coming from the BCM.

It's only dialtone-VZ

ONN blocking only works over analog and BRI trunks if I remember correctly.

You can configure whatever number you want to send out in the public OLI field if that would help you out any.
