CLID with ACD 1

Handset: M3905
Key 0: ACD
Key 1: SCR

When you ring the agents DN the CLID does not appear till the agent picks up. If I set Key 0 to the SCR, CLID appears when ringing. Is there a way to have CLID appear when SCR is on key 1?

CLS being "Trunk/Call Type Access Restriction"? If that what you mean then it was set to "Toll Denied" but now it is set to "Unrestricted

Look for CLS TDD, if you do not see it in the list, then add it. That is what PERRYPJ is suggesting.

I can not find TDD. How would I be able to add it in? I only ever make changes to our phones in Telephone Manager 4.

In the Class of Service, or Display Functionality, It might be called Tandem Digit Display, or include the description Automatic Set Display feature,
