clid trouble on bcm50 1

hi,i am a telephone tech and have recently(december 2009 )installed a bcm 50 at a customers location.everything has been working o.k. except for their caller id.they have two pots lines comming into the system.the first rolls over
to the second on busy which hardly ever happens because there is not that many calls a day.the trouble is caller id stops working (on all phones) on line one only,after about 2 to 3 weeks .line two is o.k.the only way to get it working again is to reset system or trunk unit.line two never quits but is also hardly ever used.line one has aproximately 20 sattilite receivers on it which i'm still not sure if that has something to do with it but i did swap lines around when it stopped working and line 2 worked fine with the recievers and line one still would not show clid even being hooked to a different pots line until the system was reset.i only had lines swapped for a few minutes do to customer's demand.there was a mics in here before the bcm50 and clid worked fine.i tried changing the trunk module and the case the module plugs into and same thing,it will work good for 2 to 3 weeks then quits working only on line one.i also installed all the new patches with no change.it is programmed so that all phones show caller id but only one set is a logging set and customer does clear the log.all phones are m7208 that were used on the previouse mics unit.

Load the lastest core patche as there is a fix for intermittent caller id issues on POTS lines
