CLID through CCR on BCM50

Hey guys..........

I have a BCM50 on R2 with CP and CCR. It's at a DR's office.

With night services ON, a call comes into the AA and the caller is directed to dial 1. CCR then transfers the call to extension 200, that is Hard Call Forwarded (F4) to a destination code, 71, that has destination of the external cell phone number of the Dr. This doctor wants the CLID of the originating caller, not the office, to appear on his cell phone.

Is this do-able?

If these are Analog trunks then I don't know of anyway to accomplish this.

One thing you might try if you have Link Transfer from the provider is try it as a
test and see what the far end sees. If it works then you can add that to your CCR Tree.

You could also try to make the CCR path a external xfer point instead of hard forwarding the phone to see if that works.
