I have a brand new 450 R6 patched current. It's been a while since I even had to use this function but I think they may have changed it.

I have target line 361 set to ring 6 times befor hitting the AA. When I set a number in the CLID Routing table to direct the call to an extension, it does it, but only after the 6 rings.

I could have sworn in the past that the call would go directly to the extension and bypass everything even if the target line is set to ring more than 0 times.

BTW, calls do come in on PRI.

Can anyone confirm that it has always worked this way?

Thanks.

CLID Routing is operated by the voice mail system, if voice mail has not answered the call then it cannot process as you have programmed. Once it answer the calls it then knows what to do with it.

Curlycord is correct.

It is set to ring 6 times before it goes to AA...after 6 rings, AA is doing it's job and scanning the CLID table and immediately transferring the call to the correct DN...
