Dears,

Can anyone advice with the needed configuration to change the originating CLID in each of the below cases:

1. To suppress the 1st two digits of the agents' seats DN.
2. To change the CLID of the outgoing calls on a specific route.

Am using Euro-ISDN as the signalling protocol over the E1s.

Thanks,

RANG return, this will prt all your CLID

If you print the TNB of a set the DN has a number after it, such as x

Key 0 SCR 8679 x

Thanks ACE, that's twice today I've switched called w/ calling.

Take a deep breath, count to 10, exhale, answer question. Sometimes I don't read the whole question before I answer it.

Thanks for yours reply,

But the above configuration will Push the CLID entry on all routes..

Is there a way to push a specific CLID depending on the outgoing route "The CLID depends on the route not on the set"?
