I have an employee complaining that patients are calling in saying they are getting the caller ID of that office, even though the office claims to not be calling them.

My question: Is there a way to print a list of what TN's are using a specific CLID table?

To clarify as an example. TN 8-0-0-0 has a DN of 1234 04. (04 being the CLID it is using). Can I print out everyone using that specific table only?

We have had this issue and it appears to be scammers spoofing our main listed number. We are a hospital. One was the callers (that called us back) actually talked to us and said in the last few days she had gotten calls from several hospitals all over the country. What i did was check our CDR logs to see if any outbound calls had been made to the numbers of the people that were calling back.

A large portion of the people are very irate about the calls. I guess people think that there is no way spoofing can happen.
