Hello All,

I am trying to send out the individual numbers instead of the main billing number. I have defined the following CLID and assigned it to the phone:

CLID yes
SIZE
INTL
ENTRY 5
HNTN
ESA_HLCL
ESA_INHN
ESA_APDN YES
HLCL 644
DIDN yes
HLOC

LSC

Why am I still seeing the billing number come up? Do I need to out the ANI data? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm guessing your Telco is not allowing it to pass

ENTRY 5
HNTN 412
ESA_HLCL
ESA_INHN NO
ESA_APDN YES
HLCL 644
DIDN YES
HLOC
LSC

Here it is. I should have printed the CLID. Its the main billing number that keeps showing up.

Plus you need to put the area code and office code in there

ENTRY 5
HNTN 412 <==== Here is the area code
ESA_HLCL
ESA_INHN NO
ESA_APDN YES
HLCL 644 <===== Here is the NXX
DIDN YES
HLOC
LSC

Right, which is why I reposted it. I think it is the carrier overriding the settings. Ill check it. Thanks. If anyone has anything else on it, let me know.

You can monitor your d-channel also and see what the PBX is sending out.

Awesome...thanks KCFLHRC. I did that and I can see exactly what I'm sending so the carrier will need to do some proving now.
