Hi it is CS1000M SG release 5. We have a PRI DID working m currently the master/map number of PRI is showing when any extension dials out through this PRI. We need to show the extension number and prefix of PRI as CLID, i mean PRI prefix is 6547 and extensions are from 2000 to 3300. if an ext 2020 dials out from this PRI then the CLI should show as
65472020. We ask Telco to help us out but they are not fro some reason and saying that we should setup in our PBX. I have atleast 950 extensions in PBX, do i have to make individual CLID entry for each user to show the Prefix+Ext no as CLI??
Can somebody help?

When you go into LD 22 and look at you configuration it should be as follows

HNTN: (Area Code)
HLCL: (Exchange)
DIDN: Yes

So, If I want my phone to send it Key 0 extension then DIDN needs too say yes.

ex.

HNTN: 585
HLCL:269
DIDN: yes

on a phone with an extension of 4545 the the CLID = 585-269-4545

If there is NO in place of DIDN then it should look something like this
HNTN:585
HLCL: 2694000
DIDN: NO

With 585-269-4000 always showing no matter what extension is calling.

I think I got the PDF that I use for CLID from this site it should be in here somewhere.

BTW you print in LD 22 but the changes have to be done in LD 15.
