This one is a little strange to me. Have an Earthlink/STS PRI coming into a control unit (6.0.18). Calls are routing to two different VM Pro modules, both of which have basic Auto-Attendants (greeting plays, dial by extension or time out/0 to main reception group). Now on one of the modules, CLID is inserting 011 in front of every number. On the other it isn't. I played around with it a bit and calls routed directly to hunt groups or extensions also seem to have the 011 inserted. Any tips on eliminating this?

thanks in advance.

The IPO cannot edit/modify CLID, so it must be the carrier sending different CLID depending on what DDI/DID is called, monitor and SSA will confirm this :)

Thanks! I had suspected as much and put a ticket in, but as a bit of a n00b I wanted confirmation from the braintrust around this part.

To clarify it can add prefixes etc, but not on/off depending on DDI/DID it's come in on, it's on the line as a whole or not at all :)

use Monitor and disable all options but the ISDN tab then make an incoming call and you will see what the line provider sends you.
very simple and without all the other options enabled you will actually see what you want to see without the clutter.
First time I did this I danced in the server room because I found the info fast and without getting teary eyed from staring at lines of text (sorry getting nostalgic here)
