I have a MICS Ver 7.0 with a PRI. Inbound caller ID is not displayed on the phone set until the call is answered, which defeats the purpose of caller ID.
I opened a ticket with the local provider to see if there was an issue with the D-channel or supervision. They pointed the finger back at me.
Is there a setting which will pass the info digits to the phone set without answering the call first.
