This is how my table entry 0 is set up, the phonesets default to 0 unless you tell them otherwise. So you have to see how your phones are setup and also your clid table.

You also have to make sure your circuit is provisioned with ANI/CLID. If it is, I'm pretty sure the lec is expecting to see all 10 digits for an outpulse, if it does not see all ten, the ANI will use the default (main billing number on your circuit)
