Has anyone tryed CLID routing using the NAM 4.0 (Programming Caller ID using Feature 983,see page 108 Set Up and Opertaion guide). I have a MICS 5.0 with the NAM and the Caller ID is working great. My guestion is can you route based on partial CLIDS or do you have to enter the entire number. For example, if I wanted the 410 area codes to go to a certain path of my CCR tree could I just enter 410 or do you have to enter an * as a wildcard or does the NAM only accept the entire number like 4105551000? That page is somewhat lacking.
