CLID on DASS

hello we currently have a problem,

when calling an external number only the main number is presented and not the extention number

check LID in the RDB

i have mine set to 1 this allows out the DN number

Does your ddi match your extn number? if not all your ever going to get is the main number (if anything).

This is generally set within the providers network ie BT, telewest etc....

Thanks for the info, l will ask the carrier to activate CLID, l have also set LID to 2 because we are using IDC tree
