Yes. You'll need a M8 caller ID unit, which is shaped like an old ATA. It has an amphenol connector, the first 8 pairs of which are bridged to the first 8 lines coming into the 824. It also has 2 screw terminals which are connected to an available station port. CLID can only be automatically displayed at one extension. Others will have to use F811 to see CLID before answering a call. The CLID info is passed on with transferred calls. These M8 units are pretty tough to find. Good luck.
