CLID on 0x32 with XC 2.0

Help! Can anyone tell me why caller Id will not work on this particular KSU with this software. Or the proper installation. I am having trouble with it working. I have 2 lines from Sprint as a local provider and two lines from telepacific through a channel bank. Sprint lines show caller Id, telepacific through a channel bank wont' work.

Please help!!!

I'm guessing these are analog trunks?
Have you monitored the lines with a butt set to see if you get the CLID modem burst right after the first ring - to ensure you are getting the CID info from the channel bank?

OK,I put a regular telephone (with clid display) on one of the lines from the channel bank that is not goin thru the ksu and it works.
this ksu is a sahred tenant.one provider Sprint one telepacific.the sprint customer does not go thru the channel bank and it works ok.Although it does go thru the ksu.
