I have a customer with a night AA. When you get the Greeting, you can press 1 or 2 to be connected to after hours support. When you press 1 or 2 you leave Unity Cxn 8.5, go to UCM 8.5 and are sent to an outside cell phone. The issue is the outside cell phone display shows the CLID of the Unity port not the original caller. Any ideas on this? I have tried several things but nothing changes the CLID.
