CLID not following transfer out of AA 2

I have a customer with a night AA. When you get the Greeting, you can press 1 or 2 to be connected to after hours support. When you press 1 or 2 you leave Unity Cxn 8.5, go to UCM 8.5 and are sent to an outside cell phone. The issue is the outside cell phone display shows the CLID of the Unity port not the original caller. Any ideas on this? I have tried several things but nothing changes the CLID.
 
In the service params for call manager there is a setting called "display original call on trasfer from unity" or something like that. This is a clusterwide param and it is disabled by default. Enable it and that should take care of it.
 
It's called:

Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity

and it worked. Star for you.
 
I wasnt in front of a system so I was trying to go by memory on the exact naming of the service param.
Glad it worked.
 
I concur - worth a star from me too. I haven't run into this requirement yet, but I'm sure I will - only a matter of time.
