CLID in call by call showing route access code not caller id

I thought, if you had T1s that where PRIs you would get the number of the caller in CLID? Is there a setting I'm missing in the PBX?
 
I had a similar problem for a while. My call by call was always giving n/a for the clid. I checked by loading the event data into excell. This confirmed that the clid was getting through.

Then low and behold one day, re-installed symposium and the reports started coming out correctly.

Normally this is because the SU was not loaded (or not correctly). try installing the latest SU on the clients PC.
