CLID from PRI/T1 not appearing consistently on BCM50/400 sys phones.

The Caller ID from the c/o is not appearing on the telephones. Also when they do appear, they can't be redialed from the phone display soft keys. Also can they appear and be redialed from the Desktop Manager with LAN-CTE interface? Do we need a 3rd party vendor like Convertech to make this work?
 

You can redial from the softkeys when you enable "call log" on the set.Remember that when you see the option to "dial" that number you have to press "9" (if that's your access code for the PRI) before you press the "dial" button.
