CLID from forwarded cell phone

Upgraded Opt 11c from 25.40 to 4.5 now when someone
call forwards their cell phone to their DID on their phone
when it CFNA's to Call Pilot it repeats the CLID of the
cell phone and the person does not subscribe to the system.
Tried putting the cell phone # in as a Extension DN but get the same treatment. Any clue as how to make this work.

Call Pilot is rls 4.
 
Nortel had me build an SDN and send it to the user's mailbox number through Express Message.
 
that works, a sdn default to the express mail dn. i usually use a maxp 1 acd but there is not a lot of diff between the two..

Install this pep. It worked for me. I believe it only happened with NI2 trunks.

NO MAILBOX REACHED WHEN CALL TO GSM IS REDIRECTED TO VOICE MAIL

Setup and actions performed to cause the problem:
CONDITIONS:
a) Mobile GSM phone redirection configured to route calls to Set A
on node X when mobile is busy, not reachable, does not answer
or rejects the call
b) Set A (any set on node X) is CFW to Voice Mail
c) Mailbox is programmed for set A

ACTIONS:
1) Make a call to busy the Mobile phone
2) Any set calls the mobile phone

Expected Results:
The call is routed to Set A's mailbox

Actual Results:
Caller hears "You are connected to a Voice Mail system. However, the
person
at extension << First 8 digits of DN of mobile phone >> does not
subscribe
to this service. Your call will be routed to an attendant"

Same problem if the mobile phone does not answer or rejects the call
