I am trying to publish DID numbers rather than the main telephone number.

I have done the following and still no luck, it displays main number for all outbound calls

ENTRY 0
HNTN 416
ESA_HLCL
ESA_INHN NO
ESA_APDN YES
HLCL
DIDN YES
HLOC
LSC
CLASS_FMT DN

I also ensured that all users are referencing CLID entry 0. However, the main # keeps displaying

Your using PRI trunks, correct?

Does your provider have your DID's set up in the screening table in their CO to allow you to send?

Correct! I am using PRI trunks.

I need to inquire if our provider has DID set up.

Thank you for this!

There's a table in the CO that the provider links to your trunk group that lists the valid DID ranges for your service. If it receives something that isnt' defined, it usually substitutes the main number. Most LD/IXC carriers don't bother screening.

my did clid file is a little diff
Code:
ENTRY 5
  HNTN 213
  ESA_HLCL
  ESA_INHN NO
  ESA_APDN YES
  HLCL 434
  DIDN YES
  HLOC
  LSC
  CLASS_FMT DN

but the provider has to look at that field, depending on his software he may be sending your main billing and never looking at your clid... i have one carrier on a backup route that does that.. same software on my side but if the call goes out route 22, called party see's main billing instead of my did
