CLID displaying extension number

I have an Option 11 hooked to an Option 81C (Latest Versions) via a T1. (All out bound calls go through the 81C) CLID on phones on the Option 81 display correctly on outside Caller ID. Phones on the Option 11 display 4 digit extension number on outside Caller ID. What programming is out of wack or what do I need to "fix". I've tried different entries in the Option 11 CLID table, but the Caller ID never changes from the 4 digit extension number for these phones.

if the connection betweent he two is a pri, set up the the clid table to match the 81.. if your getting the full did on from the 11 it will work

Is there any way of tricking the system to give Caller ID information on a LD T1 that is not set up as a PRI?

For example, to give the Company's Main Phone #.

Your LD vendor should be able to dub that in for you on a non-pri.
