I have been a Nortel MAC guy for years. I know how to use CLID tables that are already set up, but it looks like I need 12. TELCO is sending 3 digits. No conflicts, but multiple DID ranges in what appears to be 12 different presentations.

My main DNs are 2XXX range, but 030 rings to 5030, but the internal DN is 2030. How do I take the leading digit and make the different prefixes line up?

I also can't get my outbound calls to happen. ACOD is 7200 and that even gets me a busy signal. Dialing 9-1-NPA it busies out.

Yes all NPA is set to RLI 0.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Why don't you ask your telco to send you 4 digits instead of 3? That would fix your issue.

Not sure I fully understand the conflicts but if you have a DID with the last 4 digits being 2030 and telco is sending you 030 then you would enter 030 in your IDC Table (LD49) and point it to 2030.

In order for you to dial your ACOD the set you are testing from must have a TGAR greater then the FRL on your RLI 0. So if your using FRL 1 on RLI 0 then set the TGAR on your set to 2, that will give you access to test the ACOD. Having said that if you can't dial 9-1 and your ESN is built correctly then I would check to see if your D-CH (LD96)to telco is up and all your loop channels are up (LD60)

The TGAR was the fix to 2 even thought I have FRL as 0.

My thing is, and I'm not live with the 2 PRIs coming in, until next weekend.

I have 12 different ranges of DIDs. Some have the same prefix, but they all jump around the 3 digits received.

Initially the customer had a small range and they started with 2xxx, they made it easy with an old switch to just use the 3 digits as their internal DNs.

Over time they grew, adding new number ranges, non sequential and DIDs didn't end with 2xxx any more, some are 1xxx, 3xxx 4xxx 5xxx and yes even 9xxx.

The client kept the 2xxx for the DN range and just made everyone dial 4 digits internally from the original 3.

so your DID ends in 1xxx, 2xxx, 3xxx, etc. but your phone is still 2xxx, with no conflict since the TELCO is only sending 3 digits. They won't change to send me 4 this late in the game, they claimed to need 30 days.

How do I set up a CLID to match my 12 different ranges, I have the IDC all set, but I won't know until we go live if I have that programed right.

I have no real way of testing this, but simply put, what needs to be in HLCL or HNTN fields?
