Hi there,
is there a way to get caller ID with the .wav file when the voice mail message is forwarded to the user's email?

What makes you think that you have time to fix it?

I echo Paterson's response.

It's frustrating asking the same questions over and over:

System type?????
Voicemail Type ?????

Garbage In, Garbage out folks

Sorry if my question were not clear, because of the language. I will try to be clearer.
I have a CXI controller, I configured the system so the voicemail messages are forwarded to the email.
The customer wants to have in addition to the audio file, the name and telephone number of the person who leave the message.
My question is: which configuration to make on the cxi for the caller ID to be transmited with the voice message to the email. Thank you for your patience

You will NOT get name.
You can enable the telephone number by ensuring the approperiate Calling Line ID (ANI) is enabled in the embedded voicemail's class of service (COS).

Think of the embedded voicemail as a series of digital 4150 (SuperSet) telephones and you would enable the same options here that you would on a 4150 if you wanted them to work.

Hi,

Correct me if I'm wrong.
As mitel support said that you will not be able to get the CLID of the caller unless customer should have messaging server.

I have a similar issue to this at the min.
Customer uses voicemail to email and within the subject line of the email 60% have the extn number / last 4 digits of the cli of the caller (person who left the message) the other 40% dont.
The 3300 is on rel 8 ur 5, ive raised with Mitel but as of yet havent had a response
