CLID and DASS2

Hi all,

I installed a bcm 400 v4.0 the other day with a dass2 interface, all the DDI numbers are working fine and going to the right sets but im not seeing any CLID on the incoming calls to the phones or in BCM monitor.

I have the Caller ID Set box ticked on the target line.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Speak to your network provider to make sure CLIP is enabled.

The same dass line and clid was working on the meridian that the bcm replaced.

I will have to chk like you said with the provider.
