Clicking/grinding noise

I have an Epson WF-4740 all-in-one printer. I removed a paper jam. since then when I power up/down/feed paper it makes a grinding/clicking noise. Everything still works. Epson was no help, since it was purchased from a non dealer even though it's under warranty. Any ideas? They had me look for paper jams/pieces and power down remove power cord then power back up.
