Click to dial from Goldmine

I've got a customer with UC Express version 3 installed on PCs but is not able to use the Dial feature from Goldmine. When we look at the dialing options in Goldmine it does not see any Mitel TAPI to UC service installed.

Can I expect this to work at all or would I need to get the Contact Centre software and the Connection Assistant to link in to Goldmine?

UC Express works great on its own.
System is 3300 version 9.

Your other option is to use the MiTAI interface in a 3rd party mode to a file server with a CTI Gateway, then have a 3rd party app with its own TSP loaded onto each client machine, then configure goldmine to use that local TSP.
