Having trouble finding a Dialer option for my customer.
Currently, we have numerous CTA's installed and working. Their on-line ERP software had a utility that allowed them to execute a phone call, obviously connecting with the Nortar TAPI Service Provider.
Well, their provider is no longer going to support that click-to-call feature.
Since their using Internet Explorer as their interface to the ERP system, I figured there'd be an extension or a plug-in that could recognize telephone numbers and allow you to dial them. I seem to find only Manufacturer-specific stuff (Jabber, GoogleVoice Click2Call). Is there something out there that might work on a Norstar system with CTA100's?
