Hello again,

My main form has subject test results and my subform lists all the dates that test was done (based on a query). Is there a way to be able to click on one of the dates in my subform and have the mainform show the corresponding test results? Thank you.

You might consider using a subform on your main form to display the corresponding test results from the date. Your main form would have a hidden text box containing the primary key value for the results. When a field is clicked on your current subform, the primary key value on the main form could be updated. Then use the link master/child to link the text box with the new subform.

Thanks for the suggestion dhookom. I could try this, but since I've already gone through a lot of work to get to this point, can't I just add an "on click" command to make the main form go to a specific record number?

I just found the code for this in the faq section and it works great. Sorry guys, I should have done a more thorough check first.
