Is there a way to get Click Once to install the application for "all users" who login to the PC? I remember hearing some workaround from the standard click once install. Thanks.

Until some one can give you another answer (if there is one) I'll say this. It is quite possible someone might have came up with/programmed some work around, but install all is in no part an option of click once.
