Click on Image/Text to Show All Hidden Groups

Using Crystal Reports XI Professional, Oracle DB.

Is there a way to put an image/text in the RH so that a user can click (hyperlink??) on the image/text and all hidden groups will show?

For example, GH1 is Projects, GH2 is Work Activities. GH2 is hidden, but I would like the option to show all GH2 work activities if the user needs to see all.

(RH)Click HERE to see all Actvities
(GH1) PROJ A
(GH1) PROJ B
(GH1) PROJ C
(GH1) PROJ D

When clicking on the text 'HERE', it expands/drills down for GH2 activities:

(GH1) PROJ A
(GH2) Activity 1
(GH2) Activity 2
(GH1) PROJ B
(GH2) Activity 1
(GH1) PROJ C
(GH2) Activity 1
(GH1) PROJ D
