I have the code above that I would like, when a visitor clicks it the current window they have opened closes. I do not want to use javascript so I was hoping there was another option available to get this function working?

Thanks for your help

Only javascript can close the window and it can only close it quietly when javascript also opened the window. Otherwise you will get a popup saying that javascript is trying to close the window.

In HTML alone, you cannot close windows. Because it is a little silly to think a website would be opening and closing browser windows for a client.
