click button to open URL

Am slowly getting the hang of this product.
Am a little stuck on how to get a button to work.
Added a button called Test to the library
Added the 4 propertys -- over ect
When it's clicked I would like it to open a URL.
Clicked on actions but they are all greyed out (within the button)
Does anyone know of a web site or an answer on how to get one of these buttons to work?
