Click Button, Open word template, populate address

Hi,

I have a form that appears with an individual's name & address.
What I want to do, is allow the user to click the button on the form that opens a Word template (a letter). It will populate the address of the person and the "Dear LastName" part from the information on the form.
How can I go about doing this?
Any help is very much appreciated.

Have you had a look at the site's updated search facility? I did a search on Word.Application over the past 6 months and got a good number of answers - amongst them was thread222-381726 which should solve your problem
