CLI stops working

I think if ever anyone needs to thank Tek Tips it's me.
anyway here goes.

Has anyone had the problem where the incoming CLI stops working on a 3300 ICP. No programming changes have been made, it just stops working. The only thing that fixes this is a system reboot.

Do you know how to use the CCS Trace utility?
It is a maintenance command.

CCS TR EN CO
now make some incoming calls

CCS TR DIS (to stop the utility)

now look at your screen. Do you see incoming CLI information there?

They are ISDN (PRI).

I did run a CCS trace and no, there is no CLI being displayed. Again I am pulling my hair out. The strange thing is that this just happens one sunny day and the only way to fix it is to reboot the controller.
