Hi, We have 02 system 11c (rls 5.0) and a 61c (rls 4.5) Tied using E1. (both sites have CISCO router having E1 card and these E1 cards are connected with nortel PBX). 61 c have a single PRI and an integrated call pilot. When a user dials in PRI a greeting is played and after dialing any ext of 61c call go to that extension with proper CLI. If the out side dialer dials remote site (11c rls 5) extension while greeting is playing call goes to remote site extension OK but it wont show CLI rather it shows CallPilot CDN(6xxx). Its only happening when a caller from out side dials remote site extension. Site to site extension calling shows OK CLI. Whay i am missing?? CLI should show on both site extension in case of incoming call..in my case it isnt showing on remote site extension?

what does your rcap look like for both pris.. if you send a call from outside direct to a dsc to the remote does the problem clear?

i tried different combination bot for TIE PRI and for PSTN PRI with no success....sending call through DSC doesnt resolve problem. actually at main site where PSTN PRI actually installed the CLI is working OK when a user dial extension while greeting playing...the extension shows OK incoming CLI, the problem occur when an outside caller dials extension of remote site while greeting is playing..the remote site extension shows CDN of call pilot rather showing the original number....
