I've got a problem with CLI presentation on our 2 trunk..

If i phone my mobile i only receive 5 digits displaying i.e 01563 instead of the fully number.

I've looked at public-unknown-number but can only see entries for trunk 1..

any ideas?

add the number you wish to present in the public numbering table for trunk 2 or add trunk group 2 to the existing fields , the do a list trace station and find out what digits are being sent to line , from there you may need to turn on some fields on your trunk group form, also the route pattern may be manipulating what is sent to line.

That said it does seem strange that all you see is the area code , try the trace as a starting point and post your results.

10:37:13 seize trunk-group 2 member 15 cid 0x29

so we receiving a 01563 the 1563 is the extension number of the user.

Can you include the bit of the trace showing what is sent to line please.

Also who is the line provider?

01563 is an invalid CLI and should be filtered to the BTN by the carrier - unless you have a special arrangement with them!

I assume you want to send a range of numbers

If you have a range of 10 numbers 1010 to 1019

Len code trunk cpn len
4 101 2 113***101 10

I'lllet you work out differwnt range sizes.

If you need any serious help. I'm based in Bradford!
