if I get an incoming CLI e.g.
01234567891001122222222
But I only want 01122222222 shown to the Main Reception / Phones how can I strip / reduce the first 12 digits ?

Many thanks

Put the CLI number in the directory ( phonebook ) and name it the number you would like to display.
If the CLI comes in then the display shows the name of the number on display phones.

You can also setup a hunt group. Point the incoming call route with the CLI to it and add the receptionist to the group. then it will show: 01122222222>receptionist

Just a thought.

& if your directory entry is 123456? the display will show the directory name:<remainder of CLI>
this could be used to strip leading digits

Many thanks will be trying all the suggestions this morning and post back.

None of the Directory Numbers made a difference :-(
tried number? and ?remaindernumber but nothing.

Let me explain a bit better , the first digits :
012345678910 is the variable and actual CLI I need the
01122222222 is the called number but is showing in the calling field currently.

Logfile
Aend="Reception(200)" (2.3) Bend="" [] (0.0) CalledNum= () CallingNum=0011203100000118074468 ()

But it must be :

Aend="Reception(200)" (2.3) Bend="" [] (0.0) CalledNum=0118074468 () CallingNum=0112031000 ()

Any help Please ?

perform a monitor trace on the ISDN
if this is what is being presented then it is a network provider error.
