CLI not coming on CO lines

Since i have installed Xpressions V7 , CLI information do not come on operator console.
I have adjusted parameters in

CHA-DTIM2:LNGEN,DELTIM1=5000 and DELTIM2=5000
and added in
ADD-COP:COP=11,DT1A

Hipath 4000 V5 takes external calls on first bell, that is why we cant get CLI information.
How can i put delay for 4 or 5 sec. so that i can get CLI information.

we have Hipath 4000 V5,we have analog lines (TACSU).
CLI coming on PABX, we can see callers incoming numbers on operator consloe.(AC Win IP).
Recently I have installed Xpressions V7, after that, on external call CLI does not come on operator console.
just to confirm i stop the Xpressions and put external calls directly to operator console. again CLI came on console.

what i notice, Xpression picks call on first ring,that is why CLI does not come.because in our city CLI comes on
first ring and second ring comes on console.
i red in manual that if you want to put delay on incoming external calls than you have to follow this procedure.

CHA-DTIM2:LNGEN,DELTIM1=5000(value=example) and DELTIM2=5000
and add in
ADD-COP:COP=11(COP number in TACSU),DT1A

but it does not work.

Is it possible for you to submit a ticket to Unify on this?
Have you updated to the latest releases and patches.
Ensure you have added the TACSU trunks into a TGRP with BUEND, RICHT, LODR and LDAT before you send them to ACWIN or XPR
You do not need LDPLN unless you are also using the trunks for outgoing

Please post the COT/COP of the Analogue Trunk and the XPR Trunk

The routing and setup of the XPR is as you probably know quite specific.
Have you copied it from a known working system or is this the first install?

Please setup the COT/COPs as below, change the TACSU and TDCSU to the new COT/COPS
CHA-TDCSUEN=X,COTNO=X,COPNO=X,COTX=X;
Same for TACSU

Test
Change them back to the ones you have previously if no difference.

I have tried above procedure.but still pabx takes call on half bell or some time takes calls on one bell.
But, I have carried out solution like these.

ADD-ACTDA:STN,293,FWD,STATIONV,CFNR,GEN,VCE,884000; (884000 Xpression)
ADD-ZIEL:FWD,293,VCE,884000,,CFNR,INT,SYSTEM;
cha-ctime:cp1,NOANS=7 (SEC)
cha-tacsuen=xxxx, dgtpr=293 ;

Now incoming calls arrives on ext=293 and wait for 7 seconds (three bell),mean time pabx receives CLI,then calls
goes to Xpression. now we are able to receive CLI.

like these i have used four extensions for 40 trunks.
