CLI is not coming in MD110 1

Hi,

Here in one of the our client ,they have a MD110 BC12 SP9 EPABX. One problem is that in all the phones CLI is not coming.In the internal also.

If I understand your question correctly,
You say that internal calls do not show CLIP.

My question for you, what is shown on the display and what type of phones are we talking about (Digital, Analog, IP, ...)

Please provide more details, your question is unanswerable for the moment...

Hi,
Here Analog phone is Beetal M77 and in the display only date and time is coming. When the call is coming in analog phone ,only ring is ringing and there is no digital phone.

Well that explains a lot.
In any case no CLIP for analog extensions in BC12.
You need TSW and ELU34 board to support CLIP via FSK.

Thanks for the reply. But here is a some issue that befaore a week it was working here means clip was coming in all analog extensions but after restarting the epabx,CLIP has gone. as i feel that is there any patch file is available for the clip.
If yes then can u inform me.

Patches which are active but not confirmed will become passive after a restart but they will still be in the system. If Analogue CLIP was in the system with patches on BC12 it will only be the DTMF type not FSK and there will be patches in several units and definitely in ELP6 so if you enter the command PCLOP:UNIT=ELP6; you can check for passive patches.

I forgot to mention, the analogue CLIP on the extension side also required custom firmware for the ELU boards so if you do not have that, the function was never implemented on that site.
