Customer is having 3300 ICP sv-4.1. MCD is in the head office. Phones in all branches are served by this controller over VPN. Customer uses SIP trunk. They are having branches in different states, say branch A and branch B. When they make a call from branch A it shows the 02xxxxxxxxx,while making call from branch B it should show the 07xxxxxxxx, but instead of that it is showing the 02xxxxxxxx number. Am I missing on something or it is problem of SIP provider?

Thanks in advance!!!

you need to setup multiple ars routes with different COR and then use a route list this will COR restrict users from dialling out over SIP trunks that are for other offices you can program up to 6 routes in each list.

Supernova99 - I will try that out. I am having another question as well that, For what reason outbound proxy is used? Is is used to dial out the calls? because I have only one peer profile which is provided by the SIP provider. sip.nsw.voipnetworks.net.au i am using right now. Do I need to ask SIP provider to provide another peer profile to dial out call from branch B. Thank you for your support. If you need more info please let me know. Thanks once again
