ClearOne IP Max Sip conference phone on CM 7.1

I have a dept. that's trying to use a Clear one Max IP Conference phone. It's a sip device and I have tried boh 3rd party SIP device basic and advanced on call manager. It never registers and atually never even shows an ip address on CM. At the device end they say it shows an ip address and "error 101 no dhcp" Anyone have any thoughts or ever used a Clear One SIP phone. Thanks

You probably need to change the default SIP Phone security profile. I *think* you need to set both TCP+UDP. Try that.
