Hi,
im new to the meridian cs1000 system and i have the responsibiltiy to maintain the telephony system of the org.
I noticed that most of the users here have their voice mailbox full (the red light on the phone is always on and upon inquiries they told me that the mailbox is full and they cant be bothered to delete the messages individually).

so here is my questions:
1) is there a shortcut from the ipphones to delete all the messages at once?

2)how do i reset (or reinitialize) the mailbox?

thanx

Call Pilot Manager, you add the ip of the call pilot server into internet explorer, you will then need your call pilot password, normally username is 6 digits, ie 000000. If you do not know the password you will have to get Avaya to reset the password

1. you could reset the password in call pilot manager and then delete the messsages.

2. this can be completed again in call pilot manage.
